Job summary

Eaton Corporation invites students to participate in the Early Career Internship Program – Plant Operations Management. Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in engineering bachelor’s or master’s program.
• Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8.
• Geographically flexible to relocate within the United States.
• Preferred: major in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
• Completion of sophomore year by the start of internship.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 12-week paid internship projects with guidance from Eaton leaders.
• Participate in the Intern Core Learning Series and leadership development activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing and operations challenges.
• Present outcomes and learnings to leaders at the end of the internship.
