Job summary

Eaton Corporation invites engineering students to join its Early Career Internship Program – Plant Operations Management for a 12-week paid experience focused on manufacturing and operations. You will work on real projects, guided by seasoned leaders, and develop leadership and technical skills across multiple operation-focused functions.

Relocation to an Eaton site within the United States is required. Upon completion, graduates may enter a full-time rotational Leadership Development Program

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar visa.
• Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 12-week paid internship projects with tangible business impact.
• Receive mentorship from Eaton leaders and participate in core learning activities.
• Explore roles in Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, EH&S.
• Present outcomes to leaders at program end.
