The 12-week, paid internship offers hands-on manufacturing and operations exposure, mentorship from senior leaders, and participation in a core leadership development program designed to accelerate growth and future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment or recent completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• No visa sponsorship available for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or other work authorization.
• Must be willing to relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to 12-week paid operations-focused projects with guidance from Eaton leaders.
• Engage in manufacturing and operations experiences to build leadership skills.
• Participate in the Intern Core Learning Series and cross-functional team activities.
• Present learnings and project outcomes to leaders at internship conclusion.
