Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Plant Operations Coordinator to ensure accurate, organized, and efficient daily plant operations. You will coordinate between production, inventory control, shipping/receiving, maintenance, and leadership to drive performance.

The role emphasizes precise data handling, continuous improvement, and development toward supervisory responsibilities. You will contribute to inventory accuracy, reporting, and cross-department collaboration in a hands-on onsite

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent in operations, supply chain, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business software systems.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities across multiple departments.
Track production schedules, material availability, and workflow priorities.
Monitor key plant metrics and maintain operational reports.
Assist in planning labor and resource allocation.
Ensure operational documentation is complete, accurate, and current.
Support communication between departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
