TriEst Ag Group, Inc. is seeking a Plant Coordinator to support daily operations at our Greenville, NC facility. The role suits someone with manufacturing or industrial experience who can drive efficiency, safety, and smooth plant functions.

The position involves coordinating inventory, logistics, compliance, training, and maintenance activities, with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork across departments to ensure accurate and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering/industrial tech or operations management is preferred.
• Experience coordinating in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or industrial settings.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Support daily plant operations while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, inventory accuracy, and overall operational performance.
• Assist with production planning, operational goals, process improvements, and adoption of best practices across the facility.
• Support Management of Change (MOC) activities and help maintain operational consistency throughout the plant.
• Coordinate inventory management, tracking of assets, and logistics activities including shipping/receiving and transfers.
• Maintain SOPs, training programs, and quality/compliance documentation.
• Assist with maintenance coordination and safety/compliance initiatives.
