• High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary technical training preferred.
• One year of experience in facility operations or building maintenance.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
• Willingness to operate and drive facility vehicles as needed.
• Must follow safety procedures including PPE and lockout/tagout.
• Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine inspections and preventive maintenance of basic building systems and equipment.
• Assists with minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry components.
• Operates facility vehicles and equipment such as pallet jacks, snowplows, and utility carts.
• Monitors facility systems and reports abnormal conditions to supervisory staff.
• Maintains safe and clean mechanical, electrical, and utility areas.
• Transports tools, materials, and equipment for maintenance or construction projects.
• Responds to routine work orders and assists skilled technicians with tasks.
