Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in operator roles or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and control process equipment in the plant.
• Adhere to regulations to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Monitor and record hourly operating data and conditions.
• Ensure permit compliance and high quality output.
• Participate in training programs and safety duties.
• Perform housekeeping and assist with other tasks as needed.
• Operate fire protection equipment and respond to hazards.
