Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass drug screening.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance and repairs.
• Willing to work a rotating schedule requiring shift work.
• Willing to work scheduled holidays and possible overtime if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist one or more workers in the skilled plant operator or maintenance trades by performing duties such as cleaning, painting, plant rounds, sampling, and equipment care.
• Support license qualification progression and advance to operator status within the contract timeline.
• Perform general housekeeping and ensure safety precautions while handling equipment.
