Bering Global Solutions, part of the BSNC family, is seeking a Wastewater/Water Operator for the Chesapeake, VA area. The role focuses on operating and maintaining wastewater and water treatment systems, performing inspections, and documenting conditions to ensure compliant operations.

The candidate should hold Class 3 wastewater and Class 4 water licenses, have hands-on experience with treatment operations, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. A Real ID driver license is required.

Qualifications

• DoD facility maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and Maintain the Wastewater/Water Treatment Plants.
• Support the operations and maintenance of Wastewater Treatment and Water Treatment.
• Perform routine and non-routine inspections of the wastewater/water treatment facility.
• Collect and run routine bench top analysis of wastewater/water samples.
• Document and report operating conditions of treatment equipment and systems.
• Record routine and non-routine activities during shifts.
• Perform housekeeping duties for the treatment facilities.

Summary

Bering Global Solutions, a company within the BSNC family is currently seeking a qualified Wastewater/Water Operator for Maintenance BOS Contract in Chesapeake, VA. Applicants will be contacted via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and Maintain the Wastewater/Water Treatment Plants
• Support the operations and maintenance of Wastewater Treatment and Water Treatment
• Perform routine and non-routine inspections of the entire wastewater/water treatment facility
• Collect and run routine bench top analysis of various wastewater/water treatment samples
• Collect, document and report operating conditions of specific wastewater/water treatment equipment and systems
• Recorded routine and non-routine activities during scheduled shifts
• Perform housekeeping assignments as required for the wastewater/water treatment

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

• All required local / state / federal licensing. Class 3 wastewater, Class 4 water
• Experience with day-to-day operations of wastewater/water treatment
• Valid Real ID Driver's License
• Facility maintenance experience with the DoD preferred

Additional Qualifying Factors
