• Monitor plant parameters and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather samples and test products to ensure quality.
• Initiate daily inspections and walk downs of critical equipment.
• Perform minor maintenance on manufacturing equipment and support gear.
• Use technology to collect and interpret data for daily operations.
• Promote PBM culture with ownership, learning, and safe operations.
