Roper Thermals in Clinton, Connecticut is seeking an entry level Plant Operator for the second shift (4pm-Midnight). You will be responsible for plant operations and quality control in our wax manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• No experience required - all training is provided.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Previous experience in manufacturing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant operations and activities.
• Package finished products and prepare for shipping.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Log and record readings for equipment and procedures.
