Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group is seeking a production associate responsible for safely and efficiently manufacturing finished products and preparing customer shipments in compliance with quality standards and DOT regulations.

The role supports regulatory testing, inventory counts, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, and waste minimization. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Strong commitment to EHS, quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Produce finished products safely and efficiently to meet customer demand.
• Prepare customer shipments in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Support regulatory testing, inventory counts, and reconciliations.
• Participate in team meetings to improve procedures for quality, output, costs and waste reduction.
• Maintain daily housekeeping in production and warehousing areas.
• Assist in monthly inventory counts and reconciliations.
