Job summary

CRH is seeking an on-site Operator in Georgia to safely and efficiently operate plant equipment and perform site work following company procedures. Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, monitoring inventory, testing materials, inspections, and ensuring safety compliance to meet operational targets.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong verbal communication and ability to read simple instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant training.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Promote a zero-injury safety culture on site.
• Operate loading equipment and plant systems.
• Monitor fly ash levels and place orders as needed.
• Unload and load materials; test and inspect as required.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately.
