Job summary

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of accredited process technology training, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accredited training in process technology or similar field.
• Experience in chemical or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate control boards, loading racks, or specific plant areas.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the work area.
• Communicate with shift supervisor, maintenance, and management about plant performance and changes.
• Operate equipment automatically or manually and adjust based on instrument readings.
• Record shift activities and prepare required reports.
• Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and incident reporting.
