AES Drilling Fluids is seeking Plant Operators for our Midland mud plant and warehouse. The role involves safely manufacturing liquid mud blends, loading into vessels and trucks for delivery, and supporting warehouse activities.

The schedule features 12-hour shifts with rotation between days and overnights. The position offers an hourly starting pay of $23.50 plus overtime, quarterly and year-end bonuses, generous benefits, PTO, and a 401K plan.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Oilfield experience is preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Mansioni

• Blend AES Drilling Fluids products to specified properties and weights.
• Perform mud checks to ensure product accuracy before dispatching loads.
• Inspect and roll storage drilling fluids tanks to prevent settling.
• Assist with motors, equipment checks and strapping tanks at the plant as needed.
• Assist with driving to customer locations to deliver loads and equipment.
• Assist warehouse staff with warehouse operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse/Assistant Warehouse Manager.
