AES Drilling Fluids, LLC in Clinton, OK is seeking a hardworking Warehouse Worker/Mud Plant Operator to maintain warehouse inventory and support mud plant operations by mixing and blending mud products in a safe, efficient environment.

The role offers an hourly starting pay of $22.50 plus overtime and year-end bonuses, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, company-paid life insurance, PTO/holidays, and a 6% 401K match. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work outdoors/in demanding environments.

Responsabilités

• Safely move materials using appropriate equipment (hand or forklift).
• Blend AES drilling fluids to meet specified properties and weights.
• Perform mud checks to ensure product accuracy prior to dispatch.
• Load and unload materials from trucks.
• Shrink-wrap and secure materials for transport and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas.
• Deliver small loads or equipment to customer locations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
