Job summary

AES Drilling Fluids is seeking Plant Operators for its Pleasanton, TX mud plant and warehouse. You will safely manufacture liquid mud blends and load them into vessels and trucks for delivery to customers. The 24-hour facility requires rotating day and overnight shifts and includes eventual warehouse duties.

Starting hourly pay is $23.00 plus overtime and year-end bonuses. Excellent benefits include employer paid life and disability insurance, medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, and a 401K

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years oilfield experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to assist with office duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Blends AES Drilling Fluids products to specified properties and weights.
• Performs mud checks to ensure product accuracy before dispatching loads.
• Checks and rolls storage drilling fluids tanks to prevent settling.
• Assists with checking motors, equipment and strapping tanks at the liquid mud plant.
• Assists with driving to AES customer locations to deliver small loads and equipment.
• Assists warehouse personnel with warehouse operations duties, when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Warehouse/Assistant Warehouse Manager.
