Job summary

Thompson First Group is seeking Mill Operators or Foundry workers for a direct hire opportunity in Morrisville, PA. The role covers 24/7 operations with four 12-hour shifts on a 3-2-2 schedule.

You will work with furnaces, casters, cranes, and material-handling systems to support a heavy industrial environment. Applicants should have extensive foundry or heavy manufacturing experience and a high school diploma, with the ability to read and communicate effectively within a team.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in hot metal foundry, steel mill, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments.

Candidates with a background working in production, manufacturing, mill operations, or foundries are encouraged to apply. This will be a 24/7, 365 operation with four 12-hour shifts working a 3-2-2 work schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties will include the operation of furnaces, casters, cranes, handling equipment, mobile equipment and crushing, blending and screening systems.

Education and/or Experience

• Must have extensive experience and interest in hot metal foundry industry, steel mill, or heavy industrial manufacturing environment
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members and hold a high school diploma.
