Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Plant Operator to join our team in Weslaco, Texas. You will manage space for incoming wastewater, operate and maintain plant machinery, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast-growing environment.

The role offers a starting hourly pay of $19 to $20, full-time hours from 6am to 4pm with overtime. We provide competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a team that values safety and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Manages space for incoming wastewater and treatment of material.
• Performs cleanup of the area as required.
• Checks tank levels for necessary space for material processing.
• Follows all safety and compliance rules and regulations.
• Wears and properly uses safety equipment at all times.
• Always works in a safe and compliant manner.
• Operates and maintains shop equipment.
• May perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Operates heavy equipment including forklift truck and skid steer.
• May perform minor electrical maintenance functions.
• Cleans and maintains process equipment.
