Liquid Env Solutions of California is seeking a dependable Plant Operator to support wastewater treatment operations in Lakeside, CA. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining pumps, valves, engines, and other equipment to protect water resources and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 55+ lbs regularly.
• At least 1 year of experience in a labor-intensive role.
• 1 year of wastewater processing or plant operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical systems including pumps, valves, fans, heat exchangers, engines, and compressors.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct water quality testing and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Complete daily logs, manifests, and compliance documentation accurately.
• Use tools such as rakes, shovels, hoses, pressure washers, cranes, and hoists.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 2am - 12pm
Overtime and weekend work as needed

What You'll Do
