Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a Plant Laborer / Equipment Operator in Crawford, TX to support daily limestone plant operations. Responsibilities include operating haul trucks, water trucks, and skid steers, performing pre-shift inspections, and assisting with cleanup and general labor.

The role requires physical strength, tolerance for outdoor conditions, and willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends in a growing industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and weekends.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as haul trucks, water trucks, and skid steers.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Assist with plant cleanup, loading, and general labor tasks.
• Monitor material quality and handle materials safely and properly.
• Follow all safety procedures and report issues promptly.
