Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience in heavy equipment, mining, or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (haul trucks, water truck, skid steer).
• Perform pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance.
• Support plant cleanup, loading, and general labor.
• Monitor quality and properly handle materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and report issues.

Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs)
