You will operate loaders, haul trucks, dozers, water trucks and more, perform pre-shift inspections, track production data, and assist with quarry blasting operations (ATF background required).

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in quarry, mining, construction, or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong safety and production focus.
• Willingness to work outdoors in heat, dust, and noise.
• Physical ability to perform labor (50–65 lbs) and manual tasks.
• Team player with solid communication skills.
• Valid driver?s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass ATF background check for blasting support.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment: loaders, haul trucks, dozers, water trucks, skid steers, drills.
• Support crusher operations and rock breaker.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and keep equipment running safely.
• Handle material movement, loading and plant cleanup.
• Assist with quarry blasting operations (ATF background required).
• Track production data, weights, and daily logs.
• Perform basic maintenance (grease, fluids, inspections).
