Job summary
Wood PLC is seeking a Plant Operator in Douglas, with responsibilities for day-to-day operations and maintenance of the gas plant. The role involves handling natural gas processing, gas liquids, and related systems on a rotational schedule.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience on industrial plants.
- Strong contribution to safety culture and practices.
- Experience in design, construction and commissioning of a plant.
- Ability to develop plant processes and procedures.
- Regular interaction with technicians, engineers, control room, management and safety teams.
