Job summary

Singing River Health System is hiring Plant Operator I–V to perform general maintenance and support across non-clinical facilities and equipment in Pascagoula. Responsibilities include assisting patients, guests, and staff while ensuring safe operations.

Levels I–IV require progressive experience in electrical, HVAC, boilers, chillers, plumbing, with Level V involving training of others and higher responsibility. Rotating shifts apply.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Experience in commercial/industrial electrical, HVAC, boilers, chillers, plumbing or Life Safety Code varies by level.
• Certifications preferred for electricians, HVAC techs, and plumbers.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties and general support services in all areas for non-clinical equipment and facilities.
• Provide support to patients, guests, and staff as needed by Operations.
• For Plant Operator V, participate in training of other Plant Operators.
