Sanimax is hiring a Plant Operator for the 2nd shift in South St. Paul, MN. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM.

Starting pay is $23.13 per hour with shift and attendance premiums. Full benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, and a 401K plan with up to 5% matching, plus a quarterly bonus and opportunity for advancement. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year experience in a plant environment preferred.
• Forklift, skid steer or other operating equipment experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn various tasks and computer system.
• Strong communication skills.
• Can work independently when needed, while being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Load tankers and rail cars with finished product and manage inventory.
• Back and dump trailers into staging areas.
• Troubleshoot with supervisor or maintenance to repair equipment when needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Suggest cost-saving ideas to shift supervisor.
