Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to work in a drug and alcohol-free environment.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Current and valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Able to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Follow Operating Discipline policies to ensure safe, reliable operation of assigned plant areas.
• Operate and field checks process equipment and monitor conditions and metrics.
• Perform scheduled operational tasks and address unplanned events.
• Collaborate with shift teams to balance workload and meet due dates.
• Maintain qualifications and complete training goals in a timely manner.
• Mentor and train others on process operation and troubleshooting.
• Conduct immediate response activities and participate in root cause investigations.
• Track plant KPIs on shift to optimize operations and identify improvements.
