Job summary

Zinpro is seeking a Plant Operator at its North Branch, MN facility to manufacture products per production specs, manage equipment, and support continuous improvement efforts. You will work a 40-hour week with overtime and a third shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am, reporting to the Operations Supervisor.

The role requires hands-on ability with complex machinery, basic computer skills, and commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production environment.
• Mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Basic PC skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication with coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery per specs.
• Ensure quality and packaging conformity.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs.
