Job Summary and Qualifications

The Plant Operator manages daily operations of the facility’s central energy plant, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Must have knowledge of boilers, chillers, and other plant equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies for continuous improvement, maintaining optimal operations to meet or exceed standards and regulations.
• Develop work and maintenance schedules, mentor technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in operations.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and supplies necessary for plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, Vocational School Graduate, or equivalent work experience.
