Job summary

Dow is seeking Plant Operations Technicians to join our Alberta Operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. You will monitor production units, operate and optimize process equipment, and uphold Life Critical Standards for safe, efficient operations.

The role includes training toward advanced control systems, equipment preparation for maintenance, and contributing to decarbonization efforts under the Path2Zero program. Collaboration and safety are at the core of this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABSA 4th Class certification in progress or higher.
• Valid Canadian driver's license.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize plant operations, including equipment checks and control adjustments.
• Perform field inspections and adhere to safety protocols.
• Participate in training programs and travel to related sites as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure reliable plant performance and safety.
