Job summary

Furlani Foods Corporation in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, seeks a Night Shift Plant Leader to guide two high-speed lines, balance production, and drive safety, quality, and OEE improvements.

With 2–3 years of manufacturing leadership, Lean and Six Sigma experience, and ERP/MS Office literacy, you will mentor a 58–62 person team, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel 1–2 times per year to training in the US/Canada.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years leading in manufacturing with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
• Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• ERP literacy and Microsoft Office fluency.
• English/Spanish bilingual.
• Travel 1–2 times per year within Canada and USA for training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 58–62 person night shift team on two high-speed lines and drive OEE improvements.
• Coordinate with QA, Warehousing, Sanitation, and Maintenance to remove losses and ensure safety.
• Balance production and maintain GMP, SQF, and HACCP compliance.
• Implement Lean problem-solving to reduce downtime and waste.
