Role involves operating and fine-tuning high-speed packaging equipment, performing setups and changeovers, and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues. You will support maintenance and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience (high-speed packaging preferred).
• Hands-on skill with minor mechanical repairs and adjustments.
• English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Operate and fine-tune high-speed packaging and production equipment to meet plan.
• Perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues; perform cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and basic repairs.
• Capture downtime, repairs, and performance in CMMS (EAM); report throughput, materials, and waste.
• Support preventive maintenance and partner with Packaging Lead and Maintenance Team.
