Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily department activities.
• Manage production scheduling and staffing to optimize line efficiency while controlling labor costs.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and service teams to support production requirements, including changeovers and preventive maintenance.
• Escalate and track quality and safety concerns with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
• Champion plant safety initiatives and promote a culture of workplace safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee operations to ensure conformance with Safety, Quality, and Reliability standards.
• Ensure adherence to policies, food safety programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide performance management, coaching and development for direct reports.
• Demonstrate ability to perform essential job functions while maintaining operational excellence.
