Job summary

Trilogy MedWaste, Inc. seeks a Plant Associate/Worker to perform assigned operations safely in a production setting. You will interact with customers, employees, and regulatory representatives, maintaining professionalism and discretion in interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of lead supervisor experience preferred.
• Pleasant demeanor with others (employees, customers, vendors, regulators).
• Ability to adapt to changing business demands.
• Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new tasks and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is working properly.
• Unload waste from incoming vehicles.
• Separate non-autoclavable waste to be incinerated.
• Stage waste or properly stack waste for scanning.
• Scan waste into NavuSoft system for record keeping purposes.
• Load autoclave bins with waste for processing.
• Place reusable containers on the tub wash line for decontamination.
• Operate tub wash unit ensuring it is operating properly.
• Remove clean tubs from the wash unit and stack for loading onto vehicles for reuse.
• Operate tub wash sprayer for oversized reusable tubs and stack for reuse.
• Decontaminate vehicle cargo-carrying portion and ensure no free liquid on floor.
• Inform the plant supervisor when the vehicle is ready to be moved from the dock area.
• Ensure housekeeping issues are addressed (spills, dry floors, debris).
• Assist in other areas of plant operation as directed.
• Pull orders to load supplies unto trucks for next day service.
• Help maintain inventory supply.
• Other duties as needed.
