Job summary

Post Consumer Brands in Tremonton, UT is seeking a dedicated production specialist to support Malt-O-Meal bag cereals and related lines. You will operate, adjust, and monitor production equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on a 12-hour shift schedule following a 2-2-3 pattern.

Training and cross-functional collaboration are key to success. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and, ideally, 1–2 years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED qualifies for this role.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or related experience is a plus.
• Advanced mechanical knowledge to operate production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations within assigned unit are efficient and meet targets.
• Provides work direction to operator support to optimize operations.
• Maintains technical understanding of process impact on yield, rate, and availability.
• Performs and leads timely equipment and material changeovers safely.
• Identifies and drives corrective actions to safety, quality, rate, yield, and uptime.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives and related programs.
