You will rotate through production, quality, maintenance and safety, delivering measurable outcomes. Through rotations and training, you’ll develop skills to assess operations, identify opportunities, and contribute to plant leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to interpret data and present actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational program across production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• Observe and analyze production processes for efficiency and quality.
• Prepare reports and present findings to plant leadership.
• Lead small projects to implement process improvements in line with business goals.
