Qualifications

• General and supervisory experience as applicable.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotes for goods and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve best value.
• Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular supplier reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and specs.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and applicable regulations.
• Resolve issues with suppliers regarding quality, delivery, or pricing.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize procurement processes.
• Stay current on procurement best practices and technology tools.
