Leisure Care is seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to join our team. You’ll support the Plant Supervisor in maintaining interior and exterior areas, assist with coordinating community events, and help ensure resident apartments and common areas meet standards.

Experience in a similar role is preferred; HVAC certification is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential to keep our community running smoothly for our residents and their families.
