Qualifications

4-6 years' experience in a corporate production environment with management experience.
Post-secondary education in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering/Technology, business or related discipline.
Proven ability to build effective professional relationships cross-departmentally within a market center and operations support.
Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is an asset.
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day production plant operations to ensure safe, timely, cost-effective, and efficient performance.
Ensure wastewater, environmental compliance, facility & equipment maintenance, and product processing standards.
Supervise maintenance and address safety, operating efficiency, and cost constraints with management.
Collaborate with Market Center Management to improve safety and efficiency and meet goals.
Monitor production levels and adjust to meet output targets while maintaining quality.
