Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years supervisory manufacturing experience, OSHA training, and familiarity with Six Sigma/Lean. The role requires strong leadership, planning skills, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred with 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in maintenance, OSHA training and logistics.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma & Lean principles and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the shift supervisor, maintenance staff and plant employees.
• Create and oversee daily production schedule and coordinate logistics for raw materials.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA and local codes.
