APC is seeking a seasoned Plant Operations Leader to manage daily manufacturing activities, drive safe and efficient production, and guide teams to deliver high-quality products. The role emphasizes strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across sales, engineering, HR, and quality functions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process manufacturing, a track record of managing production schedules, and a commitment to food safety and quality standards within a 24/7

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in a process manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of five years leadership/management experience.
• Food or feed industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production schedule for the plant and lead daily production meetings.
• Coordinate daily production with other departments to meet customer/timeframe goals.
• Develop, implement and maintain plant policies and procedures.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely supply to meet production needs.
• Interact with sales, customer service, engineering, HR, quality, and safety teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure maintenance of production equipment and food safety/quality policies.
