Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a qualified leader to oversee plant operations, including production, materials, and engineering. The role focuses on continuous improvement, safety, and cost containment while driving on-time delivery and quality across the facility.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in mechanical or industrial engineering, 15+ years in manufacturing, and strong lean manufacturing experience. Occasional travel is required and the environment emphasizes teamwork and nonunion

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing principles including 5S, theory of constraints, and visual factory.
• Ability to execute multiple responsibilities, projects and activities.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in engineering and project management within manufacturing.
• Computer literate with Windows-based software.
