Job summary

Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily site operations, hire and train staff, manage shipping and inventory, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

You will drive production efficiency, maintain product quality, allocate resources, and collaborate with senior leadership to meet schedule and budget targets.

This role requires hands-on leadership in a casual manufacturing environment and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct & run day-to-day operations to meet company expectations.
• Increase production capacity while maintaining quality and controlling costs.
• Ensure production output and product quality.
• Allocate resources and utilize assets effectively.
• Monitor operations and implement corrective actions.
• Address employee issues and maintain safety practices.
• Collaborate with VP/GM on safety and maintenance topics.
• Oversee forklift operations in shipping/receiving as needed.
• Conduct cycle counts and participate in inventories.
• Train and retrain staff as required.
