Leisure Care LLC is seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance professional to support our community’s plant operations and maintain both interior and exterior areas. Join a friendly, collaborative team dedicated to resident comfort and well-being.

You will help maintain interiors, assist with events, and provide maintenance support for apartments and common spaces, contributing to a vibrant, senior-friendly living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar maintenance position.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Experience working with local/state agencies for inspections.
• Experience working with seniors is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

• Maintain the interior of the community according to company standards.
• Assist in coordinating community events.
