Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in facilities or maintenance support preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, time management and clerical skills required.
• Ability to work independently in high-stress environments.

Responsibilities

• Enters and tracks work orders in the CMMS system.
• Performs end-of-month processing and reporting of labor and maintenance stats.
• Assists in updating safety manuals and policy documentation.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and schedules.
• Coordinates payroll timekeeping for the department and related records.
• Obtains pricing and materials requirements; handles vendor samples.
• Prepares safety reports, monthly summaries, and department objectives.
• Generates monthly maintenance reports by trade/skill.
• Maintains filing systems for manuals and safety plans.
• Communicates issues and updates to the department director daily.
