Responsibilities

• Schedule regulatory inspections for preventive maintenance, fire safety, generator inspections, hazardous materials, and water treatment information.
• Manage regulatory documentation for Joint Commission, CMS, MIOSHA, OSHA, etc.
• Coordinate vendors for snowplowing, lawn care, fire system upgrades, equipment repair, etc.
• Develop maintenance staff schedules and meetings.
• Handle vendor contracts for service, PM and leases.
• Update policies and procedures.
