Job summary

SRM Concrete seeks a Plant Manager to lead daily operations, coach a skilled plant team, and ensure safe, on-time concrete deliveries. You will collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to maintain exceptional service, while driving efficiency and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring strong logistics knowledge, DOT compliance, and a proven leadership track record within the concrete or construction industry. This is a leadership role focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
