The role drives accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, coordinating across production, maintenance, quality, engineering, supply chain, HR, and finance to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Several years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing budgets and operational KPIs.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, or similar methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant operations to meet production targets and business objectives.
• Oversee daily manufacturing activities, resource planning, and performance.
• Coordinate across production, maintenance, quality, engineering, supply chain, HR, finance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with EH&S requirements.
• Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the plant.
• Provide leadership and development for plant leadership teams and staff.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational spending.
