Job summary

You will drive accountability, teamwork, excellence and continuous improvement across production, safety, quality, maintenance, and supply chain, while managing budgets and staffing. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and several years of leadership in manufacturing; ERP experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Experience with budgets and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant operations to meet production targets.
• Oversee daily manufacturing activities, planning, and execution.
• Coordinate between production, maintenance, quality, engineering, supply chain, HR, finance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS and standards.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership and development for plant teams.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and productivity initiatives.
