Job summary

Martin-Marietta is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to direct and manage the aggregate operations. The role includes supervising hourly production staff, providing training, and driving daily, weekly, or monthly planning to meet targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience accepted.
• 4+ years of related experience in manufacturing/plant supervision.
• Knowledge of production processes, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage hourly production staff.
